At AqSep, we are developing and producing some of the most robust, effective, intelligent and user-friendly desalination units. Our business concept involves working closely with local system integrators. We fully rely on partners who are capable of sourcing and implementing the pre- and post-treatment of a complete system.
Over time, we have developed several training courses with our partners covering all aspects of what it takes to obtain the highest score in satisfaction from end-users. We train our partners in not only after-sales service but also in how integrated service contracts enhance the end-user experience. The job is thus not considered done until everyone is happy.
